Bagatelle brings its French Riviera template to the Fairmont Dubai on Sheikh Zayed Road, on the hotel's first floor. The kitchen works French-Mediterranean, built around seasonal truffle running through much of the menu, from a truffled Cacio e Pepe Roman pizza to ravioli del Plin with Castelmagno and seasonal truffle.
The whole farm chicken with tarragon, baked in a salt crust with aromatics, anchors the meat side, and the wood-fire grilled duck fillet, lacquered with citrus honey, runs alongside Wagyu beef options from the grill. Live DJs push the room from dinner into a later, louder mode as the night goes on.
Tuesday runs Le Mardi, a weekly French Night, and Thursday brings Scandalous, Bagatelle's late-night program. Sunday turns into Late Brunch Sunday, an evening format built around signature dishes, drinks and music.
The kitchen and room run daily from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and it reads equally for a dinner, a celebration, or a group table that ends up part of the later program.
