Billionaire occupies the 61st floor of Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai, inside Wasl Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. It opened there in November 2025, a few weeks after the hotel itself, and pairs a full dinner service with a live entertainment show that keeps the room running as a late-night venue through to 3am on most nights.
The room is built around a central stage that hosts the nightly show, wrapped by dining tables sixty-one floors above Sheikh Zayed Road. The site's own sections describe the format in three parts, the show, the menu and the bar, and the space is designed to move from a seated dinner into a later, louder set as the night goes on.
Chef Batuhan Piatti runs an a la carte menu that crosses Italian and Japanese cooking. Raw and caviar dishes include a Wagyu beef carpaccio, salmon tiradito, toro tartare and a sea bass ceviche, alongside a Beluga and Russian Oscietra caviar selection. The kitchen also sends out king crab tacos, Wagyu beef steamed buns, a tagliolini with spiny lobster, and Josper-grilled cuts through to a Wagyu beef tomahawk.
Billionaire is closed on Monday and runs Tuesday through Sunday from 9pm, with the show timed to dinner and the room staying open later on weekends. Reservations for the 61st floor go through our Dubai partner given the size of the room and the nightly show format.
