Cove Beach now sits at La Vie, Jumeirah Beach Residence, its third Dubai address after stints that included Bluewaters Island. The move kept the format that built the brand: pools, a restaurant and an adults-only lounge built around open water views toward Ain Dubai.
Sierra by Cove Beach runs the kitchen, working Spanish and Mediterranean cooking built around a sushi bar, a fish market and a dry-ager, with seafood and fine cuts sourced daily from local farmers and fishermen. Guests can eat poolside or move indoors to Sierra's own dining room as the afternoon turns to evening.
The Rose Lounge holds the adults-only side of the property, an upper terrace built around wine and spirits with the sunset over Ain Dubai as the backdrop. It is the part of Cove Beach that keeps its own pace after the family pool crowd thins out.
