Bagatelle Miami River sits on the banks of the Miami River, the waterfront outpost of a French hospitality brand born in New York and inspired by the festive spirit of St. Tropez. Guests can arrive by car with valet parking, or come by boat or jet ski and use the dock.
It is French-Mediterranean in concept and designed to come alive from day into night, all Riviera glamour with beach-club energy, equally suited to a long Sunday brunch or a celebratory dinner on the water. Corporate Chef Rocco Seminara and Executive Chef Marco Estrada run a seasonal menu built for sharing, and Estrada brings Latin American influences to the French-Mediterranean base.
Look for the signature Bagatelle tuna tartare with avocado and Espelette pepper vinaigrette, a Yukon potato stuffed with pan-seared foie gras in Albufera sauce, and homemade Del Plin ravioli with Castelmagno and seasonal truffle. Large formats, like a whole free-range chicken baked in an aromatic salt crust or a whole coastal fish cooked in lemon leaves, are made for a long table.
The marquee moment is Sunday. Brunch Me Up runs from noon to 3 PM, a two-hour bottomless brunch that pairs a three-course prix fixe with a champagne package, and Bagatelle Sundays bring their own music lineup until the 8 PM close. Wednesday through Saturday, dinner starts at 6 PM and the room stays open until 1:30 AM midweek and 2:30 AM on Friday and Saturday.
