M2 fills a historic 35,000-square-foot space at 1235 Washington Avenue, in the middle of South Beach's Art Deco District. The building was originally designed by Thomas Lamb, the architect behind the Empire State Building, and now holds one of the biggest rooms in Miami nightlife.
The main room is billed as South Beach's largest dance floor, anchored by an eight-legged LED 'Spider' installation and a state-of-the-art sound system that together push a festival-style production. Six skyboxes plus a private room with its own entrance give larger groups separation from the floor. The programming leans EDM, hip-hop, and house, with nights like 305Rave, Anastasiia, and Bresh rotating through the summer.
