Strawberry Moon is the pool, restaurant and bar on the third floor of The Goodtime Hotel at 601 Washington Avenue, tucked above the streets of South Beach. The space is dressed in Deco pinks, lagoon blues and palm greens, and it flows from an enclosed restaurant to a covered dining terrace and out to an open-air pool deck set with daybeds and cabanas.
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday the pool becomes a day club, with parties from noon until sundown, DJs on the deck, handcrafted cocktails and VIP cabanas. The hotel's weekend calendar lists DJs such as Chizzle, Deni Costa and Christiano Jordano, along with themed parties like Debi Perrear Mas. Registered hotel guests get into the weekend pool events at no charge, and daybeds and cabanas are rented separately.
The pool opens daily at 7 a.m., with food and bar service from late morning until sundown. The menu is casual and all-day: flatbreads, the Frita Burger with guava ketchup, Miami Steak Frites and a catch of the day with gochujang-honey glaze. Cocktails run from the Art Basil, with Grey Goose, green apple and basil, to the Spicy Mango-Rita with Lalo tequila, mezcal and habanero.
