Sappho · Restaurant · Mykonos
Terraces above the old harbour, Mediterranean cooking with a Japanese hand, and a nightclub that opens at midnight.
Sappho opened in 2026 on the terrace above the Mykonos old harbour that Remezzo held for decades, and the address still trades on the thing it always did: an uninterrupted view across the water to Chora. The room runs across a series of terraces stepping down toward the Aegean, and the sunset seating is among the most sought-after on the old port.
The kitchen cooks Mediterranean with a refined Japanese influence. Seafood carries the menu, served alongside seasonal produce and larger plates built to share across the table. The bar runs a programme of its own, classical technique applied with some contemporary licence, which makes the terrace as much a destination for drinks as for dinner.
The character of the room changes as the evening goes. Vinyl DJs play the lounge from sunset through dinner service, and at midnight an intimate nightclub opens behind it with a rotating booking of international DJs playing deep house into the early hours. It reads as one continuous night rather than two venues sharing an address, and dinner is the most direct way into the later half of it.
Dinner service begins at 7pm and the club runs from midnight, seven nights a week. Nightclub tables are placed by request.
