Beefbar brings its Monte Carlo-born take on premium meat to the cliffs above Agios Ioannis, set on a terrace at the Bill and Coo hotel with the Aegean and the silhouette of Delos filling the view. The Riccardo Giraudi concept made its name by treating beef with the irreverence of street food, and the Mykonos outpost keeps that spirit while folding in a clear hint of the Cyclades.
The menu is built around three ideas the group calls Beef, Reef and Leaf. Beef is the anchor: Kobe beef gyros wrapped in warm pita, Kobe beef prosciutto, and the cult Croque Sando sit alongside grilled cuts sourced from some of the best herds in the world. Reef covers the sea, from tarama and tuna sharpened with yuzu to jumbo prawns and whole grilled fish, while Leaf keeps things light with a Cycladic salad and vegetable plates suited to the heat.
Dining happens under mulberry trees as the light drops, the room easing from a long lunch into an unhurried dinner. It is polished without being stiff, the kind of table where a group can share plates for hours and still feel they have room to breathe.
