Beefbar Cannes opened in June 2026 inside Hotel Barriere Le Majestic, on the Croisette facing the Mediterranean and the steps of the Palais des Festivals. Beefbar began in Monaco and now runs restaurants around the world, and the Cannes room brings it into one of the Croisette's landmark hotels, with noble materials, natural textures and soft lighting.
The menu is built around beef imported directly from producers in France, Italy, the United States, Japan, Namibia and Australia: Black Angus, Wagyu and Kobe, with Tajima A5 Wagyu among the rare cuts, cooked at high heat and served with Beefbar's signature sauces and its creamy mashed potatoes with black truffle. The street food side is made for sharing, from the Croque Sando and Rock Corn to mini smash burgers, crispy crab tacos and bao buns.
Seafood and vegetable dishes round out the menu, and two of the plates listed as Cannes icons are grilled lobster with romesco sauce and tagliolini with caviar. The terrace looks over the hotel pool, and through the summer DJ sets play during dinner.
Lunch is served daily from noon to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 7 p.m., with last orders at 10:30 p.m. During festivals and congresses, and from July 1 to September 15, the restaurant is open straight through from noon to midnight.
