Baoli sits at Port Pierre Canto on the Boulevard de la Croisette, a restaurant and nightclub under one roof. Dinner starts at 8 p.m., the club opens at midnight, and the night moves from the table to the dance floor without leaving the venue.
Chef Remi Solaz writes the menu, a Mediterranean and Asian fusion cooked largely in a charcoal-fired oven: sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi, black cod marinated in den miso, Wagyu, robata skewers and a 1.2 kg grilled sea bass for the table. Cloud 9, the rooftop that is part of Baoli, is an exotic terrace above the Bay of Cannes with Middle Eastern-inspired plates and cocktails from 8 p.m. to midnight.
The club is where the summer happens. The 2026 calendar ran from May to the end of August with house names including Marco Carola, Pawsa, Blond:ish, ANOTR, Monolink, Francis Mercier and Bob Sinclar, and Jon Rocca played every Monday night through July and August. Off-season, the club opens depending on attendance.
Entry to the club is free, and the door decides who comes in, with or without a reservation. Dress is chic and elegant, and shorts, sandals, hats and sportswear are not allowed. Tell us the night and your group size, and our Cannes partner will arrange the table.
