Buddha-Bar Beach sits just above the private beach of the Santa Marina Resort on Ornos Bay, a restaurant and beach club in one, open daily from 1 PM until 1 AM. It opened in 2015 as the world's first Buddha-Bar Beach, an Aegean take on the Buddha-Bar style that began in Paris.
The kitchen balances Asian fusion with a Mediterranean and Greek twist, alongside Buddha-Bar classics. Start with spicy tuna tartare or sea bass ceviche with aji amarillo, move on to roasted black cod with miso-truffle sauce or a red Thai coconut curry with seafood and jasmine rice, and finish on mango sorbet. Sushi runs deep, from nigiri and sashimi to signature rolls, and gluten-free dishes are marked across the menu.
The mood builds through the day. Lunch is slow and sunlit over the bay, and as the sun sets the DJs take over, carrying the music late into the night while dinner service gives way to something closer to a party.
Groups can order family-style sharing menus designed for four guests, and raw bar and caviar selections are built for two.
