Ragga occupies the old Joy Room space inside Plaza Antara, and it kept the one thing that made that room famous: a garden built indoors, with waterfalls, fountains and mature planting running through the middle of the club. Around it the operators added the harder production a commercial room needs, LED tunnels over the dance floor, a sound rig built for volume and a bottle-parade routine of sparklers and confetti drops that runs most of the night.
Musically it is unapologetically commercial and Latin-led. Reggaeton and Latin pop are the spine, cut with hip-hop, R and B, house and EDM by versatile DJs who read the floor rather than play a set.
