An's Saigon · Restaurant · Saigon
In the MICHELIN selection, on a quiet Thao Dien street.
An's Saigon appears in the MICHELIN Guide selection for Ho Chi Minh City. It sits on Tong Huu Dinh in An Khanh, a residential street in Thao Dien, and serves Vietnamese cooking built around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, including herbs grown on site.
The Thao Dien address shapes what the restaurant is: a neighborhood room that happens to be guide-listed, not a destination built to pull the whole city across the river. The dining areas are a garden and an indoor lounge, plus a Chef's Table seating eight for a set tasting menu on its own schedule. A spa occupies the floor above, for anyone building a longer afternoon around the visit.
Hours run 11:00 to 23:00, Tuesday through Sunday, closed Mondays. Lunch service runs 11:00 to 15:00 and dinner picks up again from 17:30 to close, so the midday opening is worth using - guide-listed Vietnamese cooking at lunch is a genuinely scarce booking in this city.
Reservations run through TableCheck; use the booking button on this page, or call the restaurant directly to arrange the Chef's Table.
