Blank occupies floors 75 and 76 of Landmark 81, the 461-meter tower that is the tallest building in Vietnam and the one that fixes Saigon's skyline from any direction. It is among the highest lounges in the country, and the height is the whole proposition: the city spreads out below on every side, and on a clear evening the view runs to the edge of town.
The two floors hold an indoor lounge and an outdoor deck, with room for as few as 20 or as many as 100 depending on the booking, in a simple, airy interior built for lingering. Window and deck seats are the reason people come and the reason to arrive before dark, while the light over the city is still good and the best tables are still free.
The all-day menu runs light breakfast, savory plates and shareable platters built from local Vietnamese ingredients, alongside coffee, tea, cocktails and spirits. There is no dress code.
Blank opens at 09:30 and runs to midnight daily, which makes it as viable for an afternoon in the air conditioning as for a first stop before dinner.
