BUP Sky Cuisine sits on a tenth floor above Nguyen Thai Binh in Ben Thanh Ward and runs a full day of service: buffet breakfast from 6:30am, then a la carte through lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, last orders at 10pm.
The room is done in an Indochinese-and-Western style and opens onto a terrace, with a 360-degree view over the surrounding streets that becomes a skyline after dark. The kitchen cooks Asian fusion - Asian flavor, European technique - on local produce, with seafood and meat delivered daily and seasoning by hand with herbs. Private celebrations are taken here too.
