Mad Cow Wine and Grill · Restaurant · Saigon
A steakhouse and wine room on floor 30 of the Pullman Saigon Centre.
Mad Cow Wine and Grill sits on the 30th floor of the Pullman Saigon Centre on Tran Hung Dao, and it runs as a steakhouse with skyline views, not as an open-air rooftop bar - the hotel's actual Rooftop Bar is a separate room one floor up, on 31.
The kitchen is built around Australian beef, including grass-fed cuts and Wagyu sourced from Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia, with the Tomahawk steak as the draw, alongside a tapas selection and a wine list of more than 50 labels, fourteen of them by the glass. The room is arranged for dinner, with proper tables and a pace that assumes you are staying, and the city view is a backdrop to the meal, not the point of it.
Book it as a dinner that happens to have a view, not as a rooftop with a drinks menu.
Service runs 18:00 to 22:00, daily. Mad Cow takes reservations through DiningCity - use the booking button on this page. Tran Hung Dao sits between District 1 and Cholon, slightly outside the Dong Khoi cluster, which keeps the room available on nights when the central rooftops are full.
