Mam Mam by KOTO puts Vietnamese classics through a modern lens, and takes its name from the mam, the communal brass tray a family meal arrives on at home. That sharing idea sits at the middle of the menu. The restaurant occupies the ground floor of Nexus Tower at 3A-3B Ton Duc Thang in District 1, entered from the Nguyen Sieu gate.
It works as a dining room with a lounge and cocktail bar attached, and private dining space for corporate events and bespoke menus. A separate counter with a glass display sells prepared meals and drinks for takeaway and office delivery. Evenings bring live acoustic music.
Two menus split the day. The daytime list runs from 08:00 to 14:00 for breakfast and quick city lunches; from 16:00 the nighttime menu turns to sharing plates with signature cocktails and wine, and happy hour holds from 16:00 to 20:00 daily. The brass-tray sets the kitchen is named for are Mam Com Pho, a savory main with soup and seasonal greens, and Mam Com Nha, a slow-simmered braise with hand-picked garden herbs and pickles.
Weekday service starts at 08:00 and weekend service from 16:00, running to 22:00 either way. The CBD address makes it as workable for a morning meeting as for a long evening in the lounge.
