The kitchen is plant-based and runs a strict zero-waste policy, sourcing seasonally from its own farm and from a rooftop garden. That supply chain shapes the seasonal tasting menu, which changes with what the farm and the rooftop produce instead of following a fixed card, and guests can watch the kitchen counter work through the courses.
The room sits on Nguyen Thanh Y in Tan Dinh, in a quiet villa setting tucked off the main streets, and is deliberately intimate. It suits a dinner where the conversation is the point, not a room built for a crowd.
