Best of Vegas This Weekend: Labor Day Runs Deep, Sep 4-6
A Labor Day slate stacked across Caesars, Fontainebleau, Wynn and Cosmopolitan, with Martin Garrix, Tiesto, Fisher and The Chainsmokers spread from noon to close.
Labor Day weekend lands with the desert still holding triple-digit afternoons and warm, dry nights that keep terraces open past midnight. The programming runs three days deep and reaches across the Strip: Martin Garrix and Zedd take the chandelier room at Caesars, Tiesto and Fisher headline a newly opened dayclub, and Fontainebleau leans on its own building with Metro Boomin and a Disclosure DJ set. This is a weekend to move by property and by daypart, not by loyalty to one address. Below, the rooms worth booking, and how to sequence them.
Friday night
Omnia at Caesars opens the weekend with Martin Garrix under the kinetic chandelier. The main room reads big-tent melodic house, the Heart runs hip-hop, and the Terrace gives you Strip views when the floor gets tight. Start with dinner steps away across the bridge at Pinky Ring at Bellagio, where Bruno Mars' Hooligans play the lounge nightly before you walk over.
LIV Nightclub at Fontainebleau counters with Disco Lines, a tech-house set that suits the room's Miami-transplant scale. Keep the night on-property with an early table at Komodo, the Fontainebleau outpost of the Miami dining-into-scene room, then take the elevator down when the floor fills.
Marquee Nightclub at Cosmopolitan brings ILLENIUM for a bass-and-melodic night that fills the main room fast. Book Catch at Aria first, a short walk over, for seafood and sushi in a room built to be looked at.
EBC at Night turns the Encore pool into an open-air club for Mau P, whose looping tech-house rhythms carry well under the desert sky. Anchor the evening at PISCES Bar and Seafare at Wynn, Chef Heller's bi-level seafood room on the same property, before you cross to the water.
Saturday - day to night
Daylight is where this weekend earns its reputation. OMNIA Dayclub at Caesars, the newly opened pool at the property, gets top billing with Tiesto on Saturday and Fisher on Sunday, a two-day run that justifies a cabana on its own. Elsewhere, Encore Beach Club hosts The Chainsmokers across its tiered pools, LIV Beach at Fontainebleau runs Dom Dolla at the arena-style pool, and Tao Beach at Venetian books Chris Lake for a harder house afternoon. For a Resorts World option, Ayu Dayclub has NOIZU.
For the evening pivot, Omnia at Caesars returns with Zedd, a cleaner melodic set than Friday's. Pair it again with a pre-club table at Pinky Ring at Bellagio just across the bridge.
LIV Nightclub at Fontainebleau puts Metro Boomin on the decks, one of the heavier hip-hop bookings of the weekend. Stay in the building with dinner at Komodo beforehand.
Marquee Nightclub at Cosmopolitan counters with Steve Aoki, and Zouk at Resorts World lands the weekend's marquee name in J. Cole. If you want a slower close, Pinky Ring at Bellagio runs live music late for a nightcap without a line.
Sunday wind-down
OMNIA Dayclub at Caesars sends the holiday out with Fisher, whose looping, chant-driven house is built for a long afternoon in the sun. Book the cabana and let it run.
LIV Beach at Fontainebleau closes with a Disclosure DJ set, a warmer, more soulful pool session than the bass-forward days before it. Ease in with a late lunch at Komodo upstairs.
For the low-key finish, Bavette's Steakhouse and Bar at Park MGM runs its late program through 1am, dry-aged steaks and bone marrow butter in a room that never rushes you out.
The pre-game
Three tables worth building the night around: PISCES Bar and Seafare at Wynn for the bi-level seafood room that pairs cleanly with XS or EBC at Night, Komodo at Fontainebleau for the on-property walk to LIV, and Catch at Aria for sushi and steak before Marquee or Zouk. Each one is a short, deliberate move to a floor, not a detour.
