AYU opened at Resorts World over Fourth of July weekend in 2021, on the same property as Zouk Nightclub. Its design is inspired by the islands of Southeast Asia, and the day plays out across a main pool deck and an elevated mezzanine level that looks down over the stage.
At 41,000 square feet across two levels with room for more than 2,800 guests, it is a big deck: four heated pools, three full-service bars, 25 cabanas and seven luxury bungalows, with ten of the cabanas and four of the bungalows up on the mezzanine. Food is served at the pool, towels are provided, and the dress code is swimwear or cover-ups, with no jeans or pants.
The pool is closed for the season apart from four final dates on the calendar: Friday and Saturday, October 9 and 10, and October 16 and 17, 2026, each with a DJ-led party and doors typically at noon. A minimum spend is the food and beverage minimum you commit to ordering, with tax, service charge and gratuity added on top.
