Corridor 109 · Restaurant · Los Angeles

Brian Baik's eleven-course chef's table in Melrose Hill, with one MICHELIN star and four seats to a booking.
Corridor 109 is an intimate chef's table in Melrose Hill, where Chef Brian Baik cooks an eleven-course tasting menu that leans on the world's finest seafood, sourced predominantly from Japan. It holds one MICHELIN star in the 2026 California selection, and MICHELIN files the cooking as Asian contemporary.
The entrance is at 641 North Western Avenue, Suite A, on the southwest corner of Melrose and Western; older listings that point to a Downtown address are out of date. The restaurant shares the address with its sister bar, Bar 109, which runs Tuesday to Saturday from 6 pm to midnight. Because of the size of the room and the team, a booking covers at most four guests.
There is a single format: the eleven courses, at $360 per person. Baik builds the progression to balance bold flavors against subtle ones, adds modern flourishes, and works to bring out the essence of each individual ingredient rather than cover it.
The week is short. Thursday and Friday each have one seating at 7 pm, and Saturday has two, at 5 pm and 8:30 pm. Melrose Hill puts the restaurant a few minutes from Hollywood and Koreatown, and guests who want a drink before or after have Bar 109 at the same address.
