Sawtooth skylights run across the roof, thirty-foot trailing vines cascade from a central planter raceway, and a glassed wood-fired oven throws amber light across brass-and-leather banquettes. By evening the greenery catches the backlighting and casts shadows on the white brick walls in patterns that read like Moroccan latticework. It is a smart, considered room that holds its concept without overexplaining it.
