GRAMMY Week 2027 in Los Angeles: Where to Book
The 69th GRAMMY Awards are Sunday, February 7, 2027 at Crypto.com Arena, with nominations on Monday, November 16, 2026. Unlike Oscars season this is a Downtown week, so the Arts District and South Park rooms are the ones that matter.
GRAMMY Week 2027 in Los Angeles: Downtown, not Hollywood
The 69th GRAMMY Awards take place Sunday, February 7, 2027 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, live across ABC, Disney+ and Hulu. Nominations are announced Monday, November 16, 2026 at 4:45 a.m. Pacific.

The single most useful thing to know about GRAMMY week is that it is a Downtown event. Crypto.com Arena sits at Figueroa and 11th, in South Park, and the week's gravity stays there and in the Arts District. That is a different Los Angeles from awards season at the Dolby Theatre, which lives in Hollywood and Beverly Hills - and the two weeks are five weeks apart, so anyone planning both is planning twice.
Downtown is also the part of the city where a dinner reservation and a venue are genuinely walkable to each other, which is rare here.
Two dates, not one
Monday, November 16, 2026 is nominations morning. The list drops at 4:45 a.m. Pacific, which means by mid-morning a few hundred people in this city have something to celebrate and no plan for where. Monday is the softest night of the restaurant week, so this is the one awards-season date where good rooms are actually gettable on short notice. It is worth knowing in advance rather than discovering at noon.
Sunday, February 7, 2027 is the ceremony. Treat the whole weekend as the event: Friday and Saturday carry the label parties and the pre-GRAMMY dinners, Sunday is the show, and Sunday night is the long one.
Downtown and South Park, walking distance to the arena

Cara Cara on the roof of the Downtown L.A. Proper is the closest thing to a default for this week - a rooftop in South Park, about as near the arena as a room worth booking gets. Perch on Hill Street is the other rooftop, French, with the Downtown skyline on three sides.
71above is on the 71st floor of the US Bank Tower, and it is the room to pick when the dinner has to impress somebody who has already been taken everywhere. Redbird on East 2nd sits in the former rectory of the old cathedral, with a retractable roof over the courtyard, and it is in the MICHELIN Guide's Los Angeles selection. San Laurel on South Grand is the Jose Andres room at the Conrad, also in the Guide.

The Arts District, ten minutes east

The Arts District is where the music industry actually eats in this city, and four of its rooms are in the MICHELIN Guide.
Bestia on East 7th Place is the one everybody asks for, Ori Menashe's Italian kitchen in a converted warehouse, open since 2012 and still the hardest table in the neighborhood. Damian is next door on the same block, Enrique Olvera's Mexican room. Bavel on Mateo is the Middle Eastern sibling to Bestia, under sawtooth skylights. Girl & The goat is Stephanie Izard's Los Angeles room, also on Mateo.
Further out but still Downtown: Majordomo on Naud Street, Kato on South Alameda, Orsa & Winston on West 4th, and Holbox in Mercado La Paloma.
If the dinner needs to be out west instead
Plenty of GRAMMY week happens on the west side regardless of where the arena is, because that is where the labels and the management companies are.
Craig's on Melrose and Delilah are the two West Hollywood rooms that carry this crowd. Catch LA and Cecconi's take a group. Nobu Malibu is the lunch, not the dinner, and on a February weekend with a clear sky it is still the best table in Southern California.

In Beverly Hills, Mr. Chow and Matsuhisa are the two with the longest history in this particular week.
After the show

Exchange LA is the Downtown answer and the only club in the city within a short ride of the arena - a former stock exchange on Spring Street, four floors, the biggest room on this list. For anything else the night moves west or to Hollywood: Poppy and Zouk on La Cienega for a table, Warwick and Sound in Hollywood, The Virgil in East Hollywood for something smaller and less polished. All nine are ranked in our guide to the best nightclubs in Los Angeles.
How to book this week
Restaurants here book on their own platforms and the link sits on every venue page above - for nominations morning that is the fastest route by a wide margin, because the useful window is the few hours before everyone else has the same idea.
Our Los Angeles partner handles the parts that are not a single online reservation: nightclub tables, which are not sold online in this city; groups of ten or more; private dining rooms; and the evening that has to run as a sequence from dinner to a table somewhere else. Tell us the night and the headcount.
We do not sell GRAMMY tickets and we have no access to the official after-parties or the label events. Those come from the Recording Academy and from the labels, and nowhere else.
The other half of the Los Angeles awards calendar is in our guide to Academy Awards season.
Build a custom itinerary with our concierge team. Pair the venues mentioned above into a single concierge-confirmed evening. See the full Las Vegas events calendar for every upcoming DJ and pool party across the city.
