San Laurel · Restaurant · Los Angeles

Jose Andres' Spanish restaurant on the tenth floor of Conrad Los Angeles, in the MICHELIN Guide.
San Laurel is the Spanish restaurant chef Jose Andres opened at Conrad Los Angeles in 2022, and the flagship of his collection of restaurants inside that hotel. The kitchen builds a bridge between the Iberian Peninsula and Southern California, cooking bold Spanish flavors with produce from Los Angeles farmers' markets. San Laurel carries a MICHELIN Guide listing in the 2026 selection.
The dining room is on the tenth floor at 100 South Grand Avenue, inside the Frank Gehry-designed The Grand LA complex on Bunker Hill, and it looks across at Walt Disney Concert Hall. Earth tones, planting and an open facade give it the feel of an urban oasis, with a bar inside and a terrace off it.
Wild mushrooms in laurel cream arrive with a fried farm egg, thyme and toasted pan de cristal. Jamon Iberico de Bellota Cinco Jotas is hand cut, with pa amb tomaquet offered alongside it. The vermicelli mac n' cheese is built on fideua pasta with Idiazabal cheese, seasonal mushrooms and an egg yolk sauce, and Meat and Potatoes is a bone-in ribeye from Blackhawk Farms with potato puree and jus. Hiramasa crudo comes in a buttermilk leche de tigre with cucumber caviar. The bar program belongs to Miguel Lancha and includes a long list of original zero-ABV cocktails.
Service runs daily, opening at 7 AM and again at 5 PM for a dinner that goes to 11 PM. Valet parking is available at the hotel, and private events are arranged through the hotel's own events team.
