La Provincia has served Mediterranean cuisine with an oriental twist from the Milla de Oro, El Poblado's Golden Mile business district, since 1993, and has kept the same address at Carrera 42 #3 Sur 81, Local 305, for more than three decades.
The kitchen's dishes include breaded langoustines in chicharron with a spiced coconut sauce, octopus carpaccio with saffron and passion fruit vinaigrette, and a chateaubriand finished in red wine and an exotic mushroom sauce, with a pecan and date pie to close the meal.
