NDN, short for No Digas Nada, is a rooftop in Provenza, El Poblado, that describes itself as a speakeasy raised into the sky, where an Asian-leaning kitchen carries a Latin soul. Dim lighting and city views after dark set the mood, with a resident DJ over the sound system most nights.
The kitchen fuses Asian technique with Latin flavors: creative sushi, premium cuts from the robata grill and plates designed for sharing, alongside signature cocktails. Starters on the current menu run from a citrus salmon tiradito in ponzu vinaigrette to a sweet aguachile white tiradito with crispy edamame, salmon and tuna flatbread pizzas, and both a classic and a yellow ceviche. The poke bowl is built on salmon, and a separate sushi bar, wok and robata grill section round out the rest of the food menu.
The room runs from 4pm to midnight Monday and Tuesday, and 4pm to 2am Wednesday through Sunday. The mood is polished but relaxed, suited to a special dinner, a celebration or a night that stretches on over cocktails and good music.
