Envy sits on top of The Charlee in El Poblado, spread across the seventeenth and eighteenth floors, a few steps from Provenza but far enough above it to be quiet. The two-level layout is what separates it from the rest of Medellin's rooftops: the view runs a full 180 degrees over the valley, and there is enough room up there for the crowd to spread out rather than stack at a rail.
