Panorama sits above one of the leafiest corners of Laureles, a short walk from the neighborhood's first park and the tree lined circulars off Carrera 73. It reads less like a skyline lookout than a garden suspended over the street: mature canopy presses in on three sides, planters spill over the railings, and a white steel pergola with retractable awnings keeps the terrace usable through sun or an afternoon downpour.
The design leans warm and unhurried. Turquoise patterned cement tile runs underfoot, timber slat ceilings and a hand painted Panorama mural anchor the covered lounge, and seating shifts from high tops along the rail to woven Acapulco chairs and a long low banquette. After dark, strings of bulbs and globe lanterns take over and the backlit bottle wall becomes the brightest thing on the roof.
The kitchen works a Latin American fusion register: ceviche, grilled catch of the day, sharing boards and plantain riffs alongside pasta and steak. Sangria is the house signature, poured by the jug, and the cocktail list runs from smoky margaritas to fruit forward gin builds. Doors open at 9am for brunch, so waffles and egg plates land well before the bar crowd does.
By evening the room turns and a DJ works the terrace on weekends, with service running to 2am on Friday and Saturday. Reserve ahead for weekend nights and for any group larger than four.
