Toy Room brings the style of the London club to Little Venice in Mykonos Town, a stretch its own site calls the most photogenic spot in cosmopolitan Mykonos, and it opened here in September 2014. Inside, the room is styled like the most luxurious of living rooms, with one-off designed furniture and artworks commissioned from Philippe Cardinal, set against pioneering sound and lighting.
The music is hip-hop and R&B, and the night is built for dancing, on the dance floor or on the tables. Drinks come from some of the top mixologists in town, and the club has drawn celebrities and socialites since it opened. The Toy Room name also appears in Athens, Rome, Dubai, Madrid and Delhi, and the Mykonos club carries that same party into Little Venice.
It works as a private club in spirit: guests are made to feel part of an exclusive family for the night, and the mood runs to glamour, decadence and fun, Mykonos style.
