The menu is Greek at heart, built on seafood sourced daily from local waters and traditional recipes cooked with contemporary technique. The raw bar brings fresh oysters, red clams, sea urchin salad, sea bass carpaccio and king crab tartare, alongside tuna tartare and a ceviche made from the catch of the day. Pastas include the Spilia lobster spaghetti, sea urchin spaghetti and lobster orzo, while the grill handles fresh fish, grilled lobster, king crab legs and tiger prawns.
Island touches run through the rest of the meal: a Mykonian salad with local xinotyro cheese, grilled octopus with fresh herbs, and an orange pie served with kaimaki ice cream. Evening tables are all about the sunset over Agia Anna Beach.
