Long Trieu holds one Michelin star for Cantonese cooking and occupies the fourth floor of The Reverie Saigon, overlooking Nguyen Hue Boulevard on the block that runs through to Dong Khoi in District 1. It has held the star for three straight years, most recently in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Vietnam.
The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Angus Chan with culinary advisor Master Siu Hin Chi, and it works classical Cantonese: dim sum, roast meats, seafood cooked plainly and precisely. The room is set with jade stonework and gold leaf painted scenes, built for the scale and formality of a Hong Kong dining hall.
The dining room and its nine private rooms hold up to 200 guests, which makes Long Trieu one of the few starred kitchens in Saigon equipped for a genuine banquet.
