The Main Pool at Talking Stick Resort sits among Sonoran desert landscaping at the resort northeast of Old Town, on Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community land. In summer it hosts Vibe by the Pool, the resort's weekend DJ series, which returned for 2026 with Saturday sets from 11am to 5pm and different DJs each weekend.
The pool runs on cabanas, canopy daybeds, and VIP bottle service. Main Pool cabanas hold up to 10 guests and come with TVs, a daybed, a ceiling fan, a misting system, and a fridge stocked with non-alcoholic drinks, and bottle service covers liquor, champagne, and large-format bottles with mixers. The smaller West Pool adds private casitas for up to six, with air conditioning and a private mini pool.
A poolside bar and grill serves drinks, shareable plates, and entrees, and the resort behind it, with its casino and restaurants such as Orange Sky and Ocean Trail, makes it easy to turn a pool day into a full night without leaving the property. Swimming is primarily for hotel guests, but cabanas, casitas, and daybeds are open to day visitors.
From February through October, cabana and beverage service runs daily from 10am to 6pm, with shorter hours November through January. Rentals book early, especially on weekends and holidays, and cabanas not occupied by 1pm can be resold.
