Reserve · Restaurant · Scottsdale

A tasting-menu room in Old Town, three nights a week, in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide.
Reserve is the smallest and most deliberate dining room on our Scottsdale list. It began in 2020 as the Reserve Room inside Cafe Monarch, built around one question: how much further could the experience be taken with fewer guests, more courses, more time and greater precision. It outgrew that and became its own restaurant, and it now occupies the original home of Cafe Monarch in Old Town Scottsdale.
The format follows from that history. The counts are small, the menu runs long, and the evening is paced so the kitchen and the dining room work at the same tempo rather than against each other. MICHELIN lists it in the 2026 American Southwest selection, filed as Contemporary.
It opens three nights a week, Thursday through Saturday from 5pm until close, and it is closed Sunday through Wednesday. That short week is the point rather than a limitation, and it is the reason to book well ahead rather than hope for a table on the night.
