Bourbon Steak sits inside the Four Seasons Hotel at the south end of the Strip, which gives it something most Las Vegas steakhouses cannot offer: there is no casino floor to cross to reach it. The Four Seasons occupies its own floors of the Mandalay Bay tower with a separate entrance and lobby, so the room is quieter than its address suggests.
The cooking is Michael Mina's modern reimagining of the American steakhouse.
