INTERNI runs on Matogianni Street in the center of Mykonos Town, an open-air restaurant and bar set in a lush garden that turns into a nightlife room as the evening goes on. It opened in 2000, with the designer Paola Navone shaping the garden into an open-air dining room, and it has held its place in the town's nights for more than 25 years.
The signature is the setting itself: a secret garden under the open sky that changes character once dusk hits, when the lights come down and the DJ moves the space from dinner toward a dance floor. Dinner flows straight into the party, with no need to move on anywhere else.
The kitchen is rooted in Mediterranean flavors and follows contemporary technique, with Greece at the heart of the menu: produce from Mykonos island farms, fresh fish from the Aegean, and plates made to be shared. The desserts have a following that brings guests back year after year, and the bar pours rare spirits, Greek and international wines, and classic and signature cocktails made in-house with artisanal syrups, fresh pulps and dry-aged fruit.
INTERNI serves nightly from 7:30 PM to 1:30 AM, and the later the table, the closer it sits to the party.
