Negrita is a cocktail bar in Little Venice, in the old town of Mykonos (Chora). It calls itself one of the island's bar-nightclubs, and it is known first for its cocktails and champagne: food is served only until 4 p.m., and from then on the evening belongs to the drinks list.
The house cocktail shares the bar's name. The Negrita mixes Cazadores blanco tequila with orange liqueur, blueberry and basil syrups and lemon juice. The rest of the signature list leans playful: the Aegean Spritz brings together St-Germain, gin, mastiha liqueur and white wine, Mister Pig sets reposado tequila cooked with chili, jalapeno, onions and bacon against mushroom bitters and ginger, and Negrita's Palm and Berry Me arrive frozen. Classics such as the Negroni, Paloma and Espresso Martini run alongside, and the mocktails include the Naked Colada.
Signature cocktails are 18 to 20 euros on the current menu, classics start at 16, and champagne is poured by the glass as well as by the bottle. As the evening goes on, Negrita moves from cocktail bar to nightlife, and it keeps pouring late.
Tables are reserved on Negrita's own SevenRooms page. Each booking holds the table for two hours, and reservations from 11 p.m. onward carry no time limit.
