A late-running dance room on Bui Vien, in the backpacker quarter.
Hair of the Dog sits on Bui Vien, the pedestrianized street at the center of Saigon's backpacker quarter, and is one of the longer-running dance rooms on that strip, built around a sound system and DJ sets playing EDM and Vietnamese remixes.
Bui Vien is the loudest few hundred meters in the city and it is not a luxury address. This room holds a defined space within that: its own sound system and a crowd that comes specifically for the music, not the street outside.
We carry it as the one exception on our Saigon list, because it is one of the better-run rooms on a strip that otherwise does not fit the rest of our network, and because groups ask for Bui Vien by name often enough to warrant it. If your night is aimed at Saigon's dining and rooftop side instead, say so and our Saigon partner will point you elsewhere first.
Bui Vien closes to cars in the evening, so factor the walk in and agree a meeting point with your group ahead of time. Tell our Saigon partner the night and your group size, and they will arrange the table.

Frequently asked about Hair of the Dog
How do I book a table at Hair of the Dog in Saigon?
Submit the reservation request on this page and our concierge team confirms your table, quotes any minimum spend in writing, and coordinates arrival before you commit. Your host opens the door on arrival so you walk straight to a ready table.
How much is a table at Hair of the Dog?
A table at Hair of the Dog depends on the night (weekends and event dates price highest), your group size, and where the table sits relative to the DJ booth and dance floor. Rather than a price that changes weekly, MyRSVP quotes your exact minimum spend in writing when confirming, so you know the cost before you arrive.
What is the dress code at Hair of the Dog?
Hair of the Dog keeps an upscale nightlife dress code: stylish, dressed-up attire. Avoid athletic wear, gym shoes, and overly casual looks. Your host manages the door with your table, and we confirm the current policy with your booking.
What time should I arrive at Hair of the Dog?
Table guests generally arrive as the room fills, with the peak on weekends. Your MyRSVP host coordinates a specific arrival window so you are not waiting in line.
