Volar Club opened in August 2026 on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia in Ben Thanh, in the middle of District 1 instead of out on the canal or in the backpacker quarter. The position is the first thing to note: it is walkable from the Dong Khoi hotels and the Opera House, which most of the city's larger clubs are not.
The room runs as a club and lounge together, with LED walls and bar-top dancers, so the evening can start seated before moving to the floor. Doors open early for Saigon, at 20:30, making it a viable first stop for the night as well as a last one. DJ Juany Bravo played the soft opening, setting the tone for the booking policy since.
