The Guest House arrived at Scottsdale Quarter in January 2026, taking over the former Etta space near Scottsdale Road and the Greenway-Hayden Loop and rebuilding it for the long night. This is the brand's first Arizona room, following its Las Vegas and Austin locations, and the concept is right there in the name: a house where dinner is only the opening act.
The room reads confident and contemporary, splitting into a proper dining room, a lively bar and lounge, and a quieter outdoor patio for guests who want the scene at arm's length.
