New American social dining at Scottsdale Quarter that shifts into a lounge as the night goes on
The Guest House arrived at Scottsdale Quarter on January 9, 2026, taking over the former Etta space near Scottsdale Road and the Greenway-Hayden Loop. This is the brand's first Arizona room, following its Austin and Las Vegas locations, and the concept is right there in the name: a house where dinner is only the start of the night.
The room reads confident and contemporary, built to mirror the rhythm of a real night out. As the hours pass, the music builds and the dining room slides from a social dinner into lounge energy without anyone having to change venues. Happy hour runs from 4 PM to 6 PM daily, starting at 3 PM on Fridays.
The kitchen sends out New American plates with a theatrical streak. Raw-bar service anchors the seafood side, from caviar and coastal oysters to a hot seafood plateau of shrimp, lobster, king crab, bay scallops, oysters and clams. Premium proteins run to a 30-day wet-aged prime tomahawk, A5 Wagyu and hot-rock tableside Wagyu, while The Original $100 Cheesesteak plays up the room's sense of occasion.
Tuna and caviar cones, spicy rigatoni and chicken tenders round it out, and the bar answers with theatrical pours such as the Wonderland Martini, set in an Alice in Wonderland terrarium that releases a watermelon-scented cloud. It is bold, celebration-minded food that sets up a big Scottsdale night.
