From there the menu opens into black truffle sauteed Maine lobster, wild salmon, and Alaskan crab legs, alongside the steakhouse muscle that keeps the surf and turf crowd happy. USDA Prime cuts and Australian Wagyu, including a Wagyu tomahawk ribeye, come off a custom wood-fired oven, hand cut and grilled to order.
