ROKA Mykonos is the restaurant, pool and beach club of Fouquet's Mykonos on Paraga Beach, bringing the robatayaki name that began in London in 2004 under chef Rainer Becker to the south of the island. It arrived in summer 2026, set up as a single space that moves from the pool and the sand at midday to dinner by the sea.
At the center sits the robata grill and its bar. The technique comes from the fishermen of northern Japan, who cooked their catch over charcoal on their boats, and ROKA uses it for slow, intense, precise cooking with the Aegean laid out in front of the tables. The room takes its textures from the Cyclades and keeps a casual-chic tone.
The day starts by the water. Around the infinity pool, premium sunbeds come with cocktails and a dedicated poolside menu, while the beach club sets classic beach beds and front-row sunbeds right on the shoreline, with food and drinks served to the bed. The pool and beach run from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and as the sun drops the restaurant moves from sunset dinners to livelier nights.
Lunch is served daily from noon to 4 p.m. and dinner from 5:30 to 11:30 p.m. ROKA asks guests to reserve only through its official website.
