RPM Italian opened in 2012 as the flagship of RPM Restaurants, the partnership between Bill and Giuliana Rancic and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, and it has held its place as a River North power room ever since. The draw is house-made pasta served in a space built for being seen.
Studio K designed the room with marble accents, plush velvet seating, and soft ambient lighting that keeps the polish approachable. The bar is the social anchor, mirrored panels and Italian music running behind it, while a private Board Room handles intimate gatherings and higher-profile events.
