Every night the kitchen offers three distinct experiences. The Gallery is a multi-sensory, immersive journey in a communal setting, with elements of theater, surprise, and shared discovery, and runs about three and a half hours. The Kitchen Table carries that same spirit into a private, standalone setting with an unobstructed view into the kitchen, over a similar length of evening.
The Salon seats guests at individual tables for a more classic format and a more concise progression, about two hours for a party of two and two and a half hours for groups of four to six. The menu is fixed. Common dietary restrictions can be accommodated with at least 72 hours of notice, though egg and dairy run throughout and cannot be omitted. The dress code is elevated casual: comfortable yet polished, and jackets are not required.
