RPM Steak brought the RPM name to River North steak in 2014, launched by Bill and Giuliana Rancic with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. Where the Italian sibling runs on pasta, this room runs on USDA Prime beef.
Studio K designed the 9,000-square-foot interior around dark wood paneling, plush leather banquettes, and shimmering chandeliers, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the River North street scene. Private dining, including the glass-enclosed Board Room, pulls higher-profile groups off the main floor, while the bar anchors the space with jazz programming and a 500-bottle wine list overseen by sommeliers.
