Cotton Beach Club looks over Cala Tarida, on the southwest coast of Ibiza, and it has been a fixture here since 2014. The whole place is decked in white, and the terraces look straight out across the Mediterranean to the sandy beach below, which is kept clear of seaweed and rocks.
The Grand Terrace serves Mediterranean fusion a la carte at lunch, then dinner once beach hours are over. The kitchen works across Mediterranean dishes and sushi, with plates such as tuna tartare with avocado and mango, whole sea bass grilled over fire with Thai nam prik sauce, salt-baked sea bass with Ibizan herbs for two, and premium rolls like the Cotton roll. An aperitivo-style buffet and a long wine and cocktail list round it out.
The season opens on April 1. From June to September the beach runs from 11am to 7pm and the restaurant from 1pm until late, and the club is closed on Tuesdays in June. Tables are best booked well in advance. Tell us the day and your group size, and our Ibiza partner will arrange the daybed.
