Amante Ibiza sits on the cliffs above Sol d'en Serra, a quiet cove just south of Cala Llonga on the island's east coast. The restaurant, a decked bar and a beach area with sunbeds share the rocks above the water, and the view runs across the Mediterranean to Formentera on the horizon.
The turn-off is easy to miss, which is half the appeal. Chef Jordi Tomas Ribas cooks modern Mediterranean food with local and organic produce, working through three seasonal menus and specials that change every two weeks. The July 2026 menu runs from monkfish and prawn croquettes and a payesa potato salad with smoked octopus to creamy rice with charcoal-grilled lobster, black squid-ink rice with scallop, and Josper-grilled red prawns.
Days here run long: yoga and breakfast on the beach on weekday mornings, lunch on the rocks, an afternoon swim from the quiet pebble beach below, then dinner as the sky over the bay turns red. Full-moon nights are an occasion of their own.
It is a warm-season address, open for 2026 until October 25. Reservations cover both restaurant tables and beach beds.
