Beso Beach sits right on the sand at Ses Salines, the long, glamorous stretch at Ibiza's southern tip. The look is boho-chic and barefoot, all driftwood tones and sea breeze, a beach table that began on Formentera before crossing the water to Salinas.
The cooking has Basque roots braided into the Mediterranean, and charcoal does much of the work. Grilled mussels are the house signature, served alongside rice dishes, whole fish off the coals and a 35-day aged ribeye. Save room for the Bilbao Berria cheesecake.
