Nassau Beach Club sits right on the seafront at Playa d'en Bossa, split into three spaces: a restaurant with an outdoor terrace over the beach, a lounge built around a central cocktail bar and DJ booth, and the beach itself, lined with sunbeds and umbrellas and looked after by its own beach team. Inside the restaurant, large wooden tables, designer lamps and soft nude tones set the mood.
The kitchen, led by Philippe Ingremeau and Damian Martinez, cooks Mediterranean food with an Ibizan accent: oysters, caviar, king crab, live lobster from the club's own tank, the island classic of lobster with fried potatoes and eggs, and Bullit de Peix, alongside rice dishes, pasta and Wagyu beef. There is also a sushi bar where the chefs make rolls in front of guests.
After sunset the club turns to its Gastroshow nights, dinner paired with live performance, with shows starting at 8:30pm. Fridays are Back to the 80s, built on the big hits of that decade, Saturdays are Flower Night, inspired by the free spirit of the 60s, and six Full Moon nights a year bring a fire show by the sea. A saxophonist and violinist play alongside the DJ at the parties.
