Bella Aurora is Elena Reygadas's Italian restaurant in Roma Norte, the sister concept to Rosetta, Lardo and Panaderia Rosetta. Reygadas cooked at Locanda Locatelli in London before opening Rosetta, and was named the World's Best Female Chef by the 50 Best list in 2023, so the Italian instincts here are first hand rather than borrowed.
