Bellopuerto is Grupo Los Arcos's Polanco cocina de mar, tucked onto Julio Verne a few steps off Presidente Masaryk. It trades the formality of the group's flagship for something lighter: raw preparations, cold plates and a cocktail bar that runs late through the back half of the week.
The menu is seafood with a regional Mexican accent. Ceviches and aguachiles anchor it, joined by tostadas, octopus, grilled fish and shrimp and salads generous enough to stand as a whole lunch. Cocktails get equal billing, and the kitchen keeps the format shareable rather than plated fine dining.
